TUITION AND REFUND POLICIES

Tuition & Refund Policy
Our desire is to see all students joyfully attend Zero Balancing classes as planned.  Withdrawals within 30 days of a class impact our faculty and operations. Please familiarize yourself with the ZBHA Health and Participation Policy.

Dollar amounts in the chart below are for a typical four-day class. Amounts for classes less than four-days will be pro-rated based on the number of days. All other information pertains to all ZBHA classes.
 
Effective for classes starting on 12/01/23 or thereafter:

	Withdraw Completely from class	Transfer funds to another existing class	Get full class credit with that specific teacher	Core-Pak
More than 30 days before	Tuition will be fully refunded.	Funds may be fully transferred to another class with any faculty.		Core-Pak withdrawals will be considered transfers, with the same fees added to total Core Pak cost.
15-30 days before	Refund of ½ of  tuition paid.	$125 fee to transfer to any other class.	Full course credit with that teacher for any future class (scheduled or not scheduled).	$125 fee to transfer to any other class.
1-15 days before	No refunds.	$225 fee to transfer to any other class.	Course credit with only that teacher.	$225 fee to transfer to any other class.
Day of class, or once class has started.	No refunds.	No ability to transfer funds.	No class credit.	1 class of the Core-Pak will be considered used.

Canceled Class: If, for any reason, a ZB instructor cancels a class, all students will receive a full tuition refund.

Withdrawing:

1. If a student withdraws from a class 30 or more calendar days prior to the first day of class, tuition will be fully refunded, or funds may be transferred to another class.
2. If a student elects to withdraw between 15 to 30 days prior to the first day of class, they will receive a refund equal to ½ of tuition paid or a full course credit with that teacher.
3. If a student elects to withdraw less than 15 days prior to the first day of class they will receive a course credit with that teacher.

Transferring to Another ZB Class:

1. If a student elects to transfer to another ZB class less than 30 days prior to the first day of the class, there will be a $125 administrative transfer fee incurred.
2. If a student elects to transfer to another ZB class less than 15 days prior to the first day of class, there will be a $225 administrative transfer fee incurred.

Refund Exceptions:
Refund policies may vary for residential classes, classes sponsored by schools or other educational organizations, or classes that are limited in the number of participants. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact the teacher. The ZBHA or faculty reserve the right to limit course refunds between 15-30 days of the course, if it would result in small class cancelation.
