The Transformational Spiral
in ZB
with Jim McCormick
Each time we have a transformational experience (in ZB or elsewhere) that experience becomes the launching pad for our next movements. "New capacities spontaneously arise and lead to new pursuits and experiences, bring more energy in to the system and recharge the spiral yet again." - Diana Fosha.
We get new motivations; new skills; new desires that push us forward in to our next cycle or growth. So the transformations build on each other. We can look at how this influences our Zero Balancing sessions, and how our ZBs can impact our transformations.

About Third Sundays:
ZBHA Faculty and Certified Mentors host an Open Forum each month to explore, discuss and answer questions about Zero Balancing. Each session will have a frame for the discussions. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions, share with other ZB practitioners, and lean into the ZB community.
In this hour-long gathering we will:
- Start with a pyramid meditation
- The presenter(s) will open the discussion and provide insight to the subject matter.
- Have small group discussions in breakout rooms
- Return to large group where the presenter will field questions and discussion that arise from break-out rooms
- Have some time after for integration, feedback & sharing
- Participate in a brief closing ritual
