ONLINE STUDY GROUP DESCRIPTION
Online Study Groups offer an opportunity for Zero Balancers who have taken ZB I and beyond to reinforce their knowledge and refine their Core ZB skills in a supportive, interactive environment facilitated by two Certified Mentors. Participants will explore specific ZB concepts, principles, and fulcrums through guided practice and sharing with each other.
ZBHA Online Study Groups are offered bi-monthly.
Participants will:
- Explore how ZB principles apply in ZB and in daily life
- Deepen inner sensing and touch skills
- Practice specific fulcrums
- Build community through structured and unstructured interaction
- Become more familiar with ZB resources to support learning
