A Special First Sunday Virtual ZB
To Celebrate & Remember Dr. Fritz Smith
This past year has been one of celebration of Dr. Smith, Zero Balancing, his contribution to the world of healing, and also, of course, one of sadness and reflection.
On Sunday May 4, we will be able to see and listen to Fritz’s last First Sunday Virtual ZB Session meditation. He led this meditation just two days before he died last year, and a few days before his 95th birthday on May 11.
After the meditation Michael will offer everyone a remote Zero Balancing session. In this spirit, the May 4 virtual ZB session will be one of healing, integration, and moving forward to continue Fritz’s vision of making the world a better place.
Afterwards we will have an opportunity to share a bit on how the year has gone since Fritz’s passing and any thoughts you have about his influence on your life.

This is an ongoing series on the first Sunday of each month at 3:50pm EST. After May 4, First Sundays take a break for the summer and will resume in September.
In each First Sunday 70 minute gathering we will:
- Be led in a pyramid meditation;
- Take a few moments to silently frame session for self (remember you also may dedicate a session to another);
- Lie down on a treatment table or somewhere comfortable to be guided through an entire ZB session;
- Have some time after for integration, feedback & sharing;
- Engage in a closing ritual.
