Third Sundays
a new monthly series of Online Open Forums
A member of the ZBHA Faculty will host an Open Forum each month to explore, discuss and answer questions about Zero Balancing. Each session will have a frame for the discussions. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions, share with other ZB practitioners, and lean into the ZB community.
In this hour-long gathering we will:
  • Start with a pyramid meditation
  • Guest faculty will frame the discussion by sharing a few opening thoughts / musings / insights about an aspect of Zero Balancing that is currently of interest to them.
  • Have small group discussions in breakout rooms
  • Return to large group where Faculty will field questions and discussion that arise from break-out rooms
  • Have some time after for integration, feedback & sharing
  • Participate in a brief closing ritual
May Open Forum: ZB as Facilitated Meditation
with David Laden

For most of us, on the very first day of our very first ZB class we encounter a world that is more subtle and complex, (possibly more challenging and confusing!) than our previous training in a therapeutic approach. As students of ZB we have entered a world of non-duality where we are not striving to fix people or solve their problems. In other words we are not in opposition to anything.

Instead, we’re in a world of stimulating the inherent urge in all people to feel more alive, to discover a deeper and more fundamental level of our humanity. One could say that ZB is in service to each soul’s urge to become aware of its loving and joyful nature. In this sense ZB may be known as “facilitated meditation”. Let’s explore together how and why ZB indeed serves this role and purpose.

Price: $20 for ZBHA members (use code
