On May 7, 2024, the Zero Balancing community lost our founder, Dr. Fritz Frederick Smith. On the six month anniversary of his passing, please join David Lauterstein, the ZBHA board and all of the community to both joyfully honor Fritz's spirit and mourn together.
During this hour, there will be music and meditation and time to break into small groups to share our tears, grief, gratitude, laughter, brief stories, poems and art. Bring with you whatever you are moved to share.

This event honoring Dr. Smith and marking six months since his passing is part of a weekend of holding up the field of Zero Balancing -- his legacy. The Zero Balancing Community Benefit follows on Saturday and Sunday with sessions and presenters that illustrate the journey of ZB from Fritz's founding days to what he, and all of us, grew ZB into today.
