ZB faculty Lisa Bardarson from nearby Tamarindo, CR, and Clare Gowen of New Hampshire are excited to be returning to CRSMT for a second time. This retreat-style learning experience at CRSMT is a rare opportunity to study both ZB I and II back to back in the bio-rich country of Costa Rica. This affords students the opportunity to have an immersive experience while enjoying an abroad experience. For those doing both ZB I and II, 12/1 will be a day off and a chance to simply relax in beautiful Samara or participate in an off-site excursion (not included in tuition).
We are musculo-skeletal beings, yet most therapists focus only on the muscular side of that equation. That addresses only half of that system! Zero Balancing – by adding a mindful focus on the bones, key joints, and the energy flowing through them, as well as on the soft tissues associated with them – for the first time, also gives you access to the deepest layer of the person – who they are in their bones – thus Zero Balancing adds a much needed wholeness to your work and your clients’ experience. Zero Balancing is the missing piece in the world of bodywork and bodymind therapies.
This class in Costa Rica (November 26th-December 6th with a day off in the middle for exploring Samara and its wonderful beachfront) is additionally special in that Zero Balancing is usually taught in two segments separated by months. In this very special class, ZB I and II will both be taught, giving you in 8 class days, the entire Zero Balancing Core Protocol! And, for people who’ve previously studied ZB, you are welcome to join in the ZB II portion of the curriculum (December 2nd-6th).
The coronavirus pandemic has changed all of our lives in so many ways. Zero Balancing classes are no exception. COVID-19 has impacted the manner in which we are able to offer in-person ZB classes and has provided new challenges in how we safeguard the health of our students, our classes and our faculty.
In order to register for this class, you will need to have read and agreed to the Covid In Class Protocols, Guidelines and Waiver.
For ZB I students, we have updated our Terms & Conditions. You will need to acknowledge and accept prior to completing class registration.
