Course description:
Working with Densities
The approach will be to regard densities from a Zero Balancing perspective via the senses. How might we approach an area that is denser or not as dense? What senses do we as individuals use to discern densities and their characteristics? What might we do to cultivate our own sensitivities as practitioners? The flow of the class will include exercises to amplify these sensitivities, discussion of our personal secondary senses (besides touch), and using the information we are receiving in the moment to create our approach to the person we are working with. There will be discussion and working in groups for more sharing. We'll trade at the end of the day using new awareness and skills. I've been thinking about this for quite a while and am super excited to investigate these ideas with fellow ZBers for the day!
