In this fun and informative 2-hour class, we will explore a common issue that most practitioners have faced at one time or another: that of giving a Zero Balancing session to someone who is bigger than you are. This question comes up frequently in both beginning and advanced ZB classes and here it will have its own spotlight. The class is designed help you give a ZB session that meets your client’s needs while taking equally good care of your own body. It will introduce strategies and practices from both a structural and an energetic perspective. We will also explore how our own perceptions and beliefs may help or challenge us when working with clients whose structure is larger or denser than our own. Taking this class with a buddy to practice with is helpful but not required.
