The First Sunday Virtual ZB series is offered by the ZBHA and Michael Oruch and is ongoing on the first Sunday of each month at 3:50pm EST.

In this 70 minute gathering we will:
- Do a pyramid meditation
- Take a few moments to silently frame session for self (remember you also may dedicate a session to another)
- Lie down on a treatment table or somewhere comfortable to be guided through an entire ZB session
- Have some time after for integration, feedback & sharing
- Brief closing ritual
