First Sunday Virtual ZB with M. Oruch

This is an ongoing series; held at 3:50pm ET on the first Sunday during the months of September, November, January, March and May. In this series, Michael Oruch leads participants through receiving a full Zero Balancing session.
In this 70 minute gathering you will:
- Be led in a Pyramid Meditation, followed by a reading from the Tao Te Ching;
- Take a few moments to silently frame session for yourself -- you also may dedicate a session to another;
- Lie down on a treatment table or somewhere comfortable to be guided through an entire ZB session;
- Have some time after for integration, feedback & sharing;
- Engage in a brief closing ritual
The hope is your frame will be met and all will emerge, refreshed and more optimistic, with a feeling of gratitude for having Zero Balancing as an integral part of our lives.
