There are many insights to be gained when we are less identified with old habitual and familiar patterns, when we are experiencing states of expanded consciousness. One potential is to discover firsthand who we are underneath all the labels, descriptions, roles and identities that we might have taken ourselves to be. Join Pat Dorsey for an exploration of ZB and Expanded States.
About Pat Dorsey
Pat Dorsey fell in love with Zero Balancing after taking his first class in 1996. A certified ZB practitioner since 2002, and ZB faculty since 2012, Pat is ever fascinated with how our understanding of ZB continues to evolve and specifically how ZB unfolds uniquely in every session with every client. For the past 18 months, Pat has been learning about non-verbal communication from his grandson Dempsey.

About Third Sundays:
ZBHA Faculty and Certified Mentors host an Open Forum each month to explore, discuss and answer questions about Zero Balancing. Each session will have a frame for the discussions. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions, share with other ZB practitioners, and lean into the ZB community.
In this hour-long gathering we will:
- Start with a pyramid meditation
- The presenter(s) will open the discussion and provide insight to the subject matter.
- Have small group discussions in breakout rooms
- Return to large group where the presenter will field questions and discussion that arise from break-out rooms
- Have some time after for integration, feedback & sharing
- Participate in a brief closing ritual
